Isso só para passar o preço de uma lata de tinta, 9 minutos aguardando dependurado ao telefone. Não tem o menor preparo para atender os clientes
Lousy service. I called to see the price of a paint and the seller left me rotting on the line. I hung up and returned the call the seller did the same. That's just to pass the price of a can of paint, 9 minutes waiting on the phone. Not at all prepared to serve customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é rápido mas nas duas vezes que comprei me dei mal. A primeira pedi verniz incolor e me deram verniz mate, quando apliquei é que vi a diferença.
Na segunda, me recomendaram a tinta sherwin williams, com cor balanceada e muito mais cara, que tem um rendimento pífio, cria uma nata na bandeja que deixa a parede encaroçada e necessita limpeza a cada passagem de rolo. Pinto com CORAL E SUVINIL HÁ mais de 30 anos e nunca tive tanto problema.
The service is fast, but the two times I bought it, I did poorly. The first I asked for colorless varnish and they gave me matt varnish, when I applied it I saw the difference.
In the second, they recommended the sherwin williams paint, with a balanced color and much more expensive, which has a meager yield, creates a cream on the tray that leaves the wall lumpy and needs cleaning with each roll. I have been painting with CORAL AND SUVINIL for over 30 years and I have never had so much trouble.
