★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um queijo Maranguape no supermercado açaí,segundo o fabricante estava dentro do prazo de validade,quando abrir a embalagem estava com mal cheiro,podre,verifiquei a embalagem corretamente e o mesmo estava com duas datas de validades,
Acionei o sac do fabricante e o mesmo confirmou que seria feita a troca do produto,que eu guardasse o queijo e a embalagem que iria mandar recolher o produto e me enviar um novo no período de até 4 dias.
Infelizmente a Maranguape não cumpriu com o combinado.
Isso me causou mais chateação ainda,pois além de comprar um produto estragado,o Fabricante ainda fez hora com a minha hora,total falta de respeito com o consumidor...e até então nenhuma satisfação recebi....
I bought a Maranguape cheese at the açaí supermarket, according to the manufacturer it was within its expiration date, when I opened the package it had a bad smell, rotten, I checked the package correctly and it had two expiration dates,
I called the manufacturer's bag and it confirmed that the product would be exchanged, that I would keep the cheese and the packaging that would have the product collected and send me a new one within a period of up to 4 days.
Unfortunately, Maranguape did not comply with the agreement.
This caused me even more annoyance, because in addition to buying a spoiled product, the Manufacturer still made time with my time, total lack of respect for the consumer... and until then I received no satisfaction....
