I've lived in this region for 25 years, I don't recommend it, there are many robberies and from 7pm the street is deserted and unpoliced.

A localização é boa, pertinho do centro de Bonsucesso, dentro é bem espaçoso, tem piscina, área gourmet e churrasqueira, painel solar e reaproveitamento de água. Tem tudo para ser um excelente condomínio!
I'm moving there and I can say that it's the beginning of a dream to have my first property! The location is good, close to the center of Bonsucesso, inside it is very spacious, has a swimming pool, gourmet area and barbecue, solar panel and water reuse. It has everything to be an excellent condominium!
