De teste fiz uma compra pequena para o mêsversario do meu filho e chegou certinho (até o frete foi o mais barato possivel, hahaha). Depois resolvi mandar uma msg no whats. Que surpresa boa conhecer a Carol. Foi super atenciosa e acompanhou tudo. Logo a minha encomenda chegou e estava tudo muito organizado!!! Cheirosa, bem embalada e com uma cartinha super fofa para que eu pudesse entrar em contato caso tivesse algum problema. Deu tudo certo e por isso quis deixar aqui um pouco da minha experiência, uma de muitas. Obrigada Marbella, virei fã e cliente. ?
I met Marbella by chance, in a Face advertisement. Right away I was afraid, online store, new, I don't know, it gave me insecurity. As a test I made a small purchase for my son's month and it arrived just right (even the shipping was as cheap as possible, hahaha). Then I decided to send a msg on whats. What a nice surprise to meet Carol. She was super helpful and followed everything. Soon my order arrived and everything was very organized!!! Smelling, well packaged and with a super cute letter so I could get in touch if I had any problems. Everything worked out and that's why I wanted to leave here a little of my experience, one of many.
