★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível e desorganizado, renovaram meu seguro automaticamente solicitei que me ligassem para resolver até hoje não me deram retorno e meu seguro de vida vai vencer, pois renovaram em cartão de credito que eu nem tenho mais e não me passaram o valor do meu seguro de vida em débito , um absurdo !!!!

Solicitei um orçamento a representante Sra. REGIANE, ela enviou-me, de três empresas (AZUL, ITAU e PORTO), trocamos várias conversas pelo WhatsApp, com praticamente fechando o contrato, faltava-me apenas um esclarecimento, então liguei para a Sra. Regiane não consegui ser atendido, enviei mensagem (Ela leu a mensagem não respondia, quando respondeu não remeteu a pergunta que foi feita), cobrei mais duas vezes por mensagem, finalmente ela enviou-me uma mensagem falada - SEM FALA, ou seja, sem áudio, avisei a ela que nesse momento estava 'on line' mas não deu retorno.
Ela simplesmente, abandonou a negociação.
Vamos a pergunta que fiz:
Ela colocou como renovação de seguros da Cia. Sul América (Eu questionei) pois na verdade ela foi informada que a renovação era da própria Cia. AZUL, isto tem implicações no VALOR do Seguros.
NÃO RESPONDEU MAIS NADA ABANDONOU-ME!
LIGUEI VÁRIAS VEZES NÃO ATENDEU-ME.

Troca a todo momento de funcionários e com isso sempre os novos funcionários estão perdido sem conseguir auxiliar da forma correta.
Estou super insatisfeita com essa empresa que infelizmente cuida dos benefícios da minha empresa. Salientando que eu havia contratado os serviços com a Celtic, na qual eu não tinha problemas, porem desde que mudou para Ô INSURANCE GROUP, ficou tudo mais complicado.
