★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos profissionais. O Sr Márcio proprietário demosntra que não tem nenhum entendimento de acabamento e não se importa nenhum pouco com o andamento da obra. Super enrolado e qdo aparece um problema na obra, não se preocupar em resolver. Ficou claro que apenas recebe e depois executa a obra de qualquer jeito. Fala de mais e faz de menos. Me deixou com um prejuízo na minha cozinha enorme com porcelanato todo arranhado, e colocado errado, cheio de trincadas que eles estragaram e quando erram não arrumam. Chegaram até estragar os armários. Muito descaso com tudo e não entendem nada de acabamento. Nunca tive tanto problema com reforma como tive com essa empresa. Levei muito tempo p deixar aqui meu desabafo com tanto descaso de uma empresa como a Marca Impermeabilização horrível, pois estava me recuperando do fato de ter gastado tanto dinheiro para uma empresa que no final nem se desculpou por tudo o que fez em minha casa. E só decidi deixar aqui meu relato, por ficar sabendo que amigos meus acabaram de passar pelo mesmo problema que o meu e não quero que outros passem por isso. Essa empresa não pode continuar a fazer isso.
Lousy professionals. Mr. Márcio, the owner, demonstrates that he has no understanding of finishing and does not care at all about the progress of the work. Super rolled up and when a problem appears on the construction site, don't worry about solving it. It was clear that he only receives and then executes the work anyway. Talk too much and do less. It left me with a loss in my huge kitchen with all the scratched porcelain tiles, and put it wrong, full of cracks that they spoiled and when they make mistakes they don't fix it. They even ruined the cabinets. Very disregard for everything and do not understand anything about finishing. I've never had so much trouble with renovation as I did with this company. It took me a long time to leave my outburst here with so much neglect of a company like the horrible Impermeabilização Brand, because I was recovering from the fact that I spent so much money for a company that in the end did not even apologize for everything he did in my house. And I just decided to leave my story here, because I learned that friends of mine just went through the same problem as mine and I don't want others to go through it. This company cannot continue to do this.

Em Janeiro do ano corrente,a laje do condomínio onde resido apresentou infiltração.
Seis apartamentos foram danificados.
Duas ,das quatro coberturas ,que foram atingidas ,ficaram insalubres.
Como Síndica em exercício,contactei com algumas empresas ,no intuito de solucionar o problema.
Os orçamentos apresentados pelas mesmas,obtinham um valor baixo e,totalmente sem coerência ,não transmitindo nenhuma credibilidade.
Desde o primeiro contato com a Marca Impermeabilização,houve extrema diferença,principalmente na detecção do problema.
SÃO EXCELENTES PROFISSIONAIS,comprometidos em realizar o trabalho de forma exemplar,pontuais,e extremamente organizados.
Durante todo o período da obra,houve o acompanhamento do Márcio e do Engenheiro da empresa.
Foi entregue dentro do prazo previsto,e o serviço executado de forma exemplar.
Sendo Síndica e ,moradora de uma das coberturas que foram afetadas pela infiltração,fiquei extremamente satisfeita com o trabalho executado.Os demais condôminos também apresentaram total satisfação.
Desde então,as lajes não apresentaram mais problemas.Foi resolvido.

As an office manager, I contacted some companies in order to solve the problem.
The budgets presented by them, obtained a low value and, totally without coherence, transmitting no credibility.
