★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Triste, liguei uma hora antes de fechar, e falaram que faziam entrega até as 9, pedi o meu gás faltando 10 minutos para fechar e simplesmente falaram que não entregam no horário e que o carro (?) que fazia entrega tinha quebrado. Vou a pé buscar o bujão mas não peço nesse lugar. Resultado: fui dormir sem jantar e com fome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre gostei do atendimento deles, mas de um tempo pra cá o preço só tem subido e a qualidade do serviço caído drasticamente, ao ponto de hoje me falar que não fazem mais a instalação do gás! Como assim? Nunca vi isso, então se eu não soubesse instalar eu faria o que? Sem falar na falta de segurança que isso pode causar, sem noção demais, sempre fiz questão de comprar com eles mesmo que mais caro que em outros lugares, agora nunca mais, perderam um cliente de anos, e que sempre indicou pra outras pessoas! Palhaçada ein Marcão! Pior que foi você mesmo quem me atendeu.. Detalhe: sempre trouxeram o botijão, mesmo sendo 4 andares, os entregadores mesmo que diferentes sempre subiram na maior boa vontade, ainda expliquei que estou com o pé imobilizado devido a uma lesão no tornozelo e costas, mas não teve conversa, só disse que não não levava mais e não instalava tb, que no máximo levaria até o portão do prédio. Sem conversa fiada, se for pra pegar só os filezinhos deixando o botijão nas calçadas, aí ficava fácil né amigo. Felicidades a você e sua família também, abraços.
