★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inicialmente foi ótimo pois resolveram um problema em minha caminhonete crônico onde nenhuma outra oficina especializada resolvia porém deram tranco na minha caminhonete e em outros carros no momento que estava presente não apertaram os parafusos da roda traseira e que duas semanas se soltou assim que coloquei peso no carro e o pior não quiseram me reembolsar o reboque fiquei indignado pois tive gastos com diferencial e reboque e tive de assumir por um erro deles .fica a dica para o Dono ASSUME OS SEUS ERROS errar é humano lógico mais deve assumimos para o seu próprio crescimento
 Initially it was great because they solved a problem in my chronic truck where no other specialized workshop solved it but they gave my truck and other cars a break when they were present they did not tighten the rear wheel bolts and that two weeks came off as soon as I put weight on the car and the worst did not want to reimburse me for the trailer I was indignant because I had expenses with differential and towing and had to assume for their mistake. the tip is for the Owner ASSUME HIS MISTAKES to err is logical human but we must assume for your own growth

Me passaram orçamento de 250 reais e me ligaram pouco depois falando haver um engano e que o orçamento era 740.
Levei o carro com freio para melhorar (o freio estava funcionando) e voltou muito pior! Um dos mecânicos com ironia falou com um idoso que estava dirigindo o carro: usa o freio de mão!
Atendimento horrível!
Se não fosse pelo mecânico Luis, o carro nem havia saído de lá! Único que teve atenção com o carro/cliente.
Ligamos para explicar o ocorrido e Nayara disse que não nos mandou ir lá. Disse que fomos por conta própria e desligou o telefone na nossa cara!
PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO. Não indico a ninguém! Se quiserem ficar SEM FREIO APENAS POR NAO ACEITAREM O ORÇAMENTO, PODEM IR LA!
Horrible experience!
They gave me a budget of 250 reais and called me shortly afterwards saying there was a mistake and that the budget was 740.
I took the car with a brake to get better (the brake was working) and it came back much worse! One of the mechanics ironically spoke to an elderly man who was driving the car: use the handbrake!
Horrible service!
If not for the mechanic Luis, the car wouldn't even come out of there! The only one who paid attention to the car/customer.
We called to explain what happened and Nayara said she didn't send us there. Said we went on our own and hung up on us!
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE. I don't recommend it to anyone! If you want to be WITHOUT BRAKE JUST FOR NOT ACCEPT THE BUDGET, YOU CAN GO THERE!

Efficient service in hydrovacuum reconditioning. It met the stipulated deadline. To get a 10, it lacks a better customer reception.
