Comprei um imóvel em Bertioga, construido por MARCASA, maldita hora, maldita escolha, maldita opção.
Consultem: Condominio Caminhos do Itatinga: Construido a apenas 2 anos, já está desmoronando.
O piso da escada foi feito de cimento grosseiro, com péssimo acabamento. O teto dos aps, na própria laje pintado de cal, o piso do chão sem contrapiso, torto. Não tem no ap um registro que, num eventual problema com agua , possa desligar apenas no meu ap, é um registro para o prédio todoooo, inadimissivel isso.....bom, por mais que eu fale não consigo expressar...
Comprei gato por lebre.
São desorganizados, enrolados, material usado de quinta linha e para resolver qualquer problema, só entrando na justiça, pois nem ao menos respondem os e-maisl.
NÃO COMPREM IMÓVEIS DESTA CONSTRUTORA, estarão comprando dor de cabeça.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um apto deles aqui no Guarujá. Desde o início ouvi várias reclamações no prédio, "sem contra piso, sem reboco no teto, sem piso, sem isso e sem aquilo"
Bom, eu penso que se o apto viesse pronto não seria esse valor. E tudo estava escrito no contrato. Não entregaram o apto faltando porta e coisas do tipo. Mas obviamente poderia ser melhor acabado.
Após a adm dos moradores o cond melhorou muito.
Muro mais alto, câmeras, playgraund, cerca dr proteção, portão automático etc.
