★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu pai comprou uma piscina da empresa Marcello Atibaia piscinas do CNPJ 17.794.107/0001-51, no dia 21/10/2019 fez 2 anos agora, e a piscina ficou cheia de rachaduras e deslocamento da área das bordas, e agora a água da piscina foi toda embora nós comunicamos Marcello, ele falou com falta de respeito com meu pai, falou que nós teríamos que pagar a visita meu pai falou que até pagaria a visita, mas ele tinha qua assumir a garantia, ele falou que foi mal uso que nós não fizemos a manutenção direito, falou agora no reclame aqui, que a minha piscina apareceu com bicho morto em decomposição… que não vai irá dar a garantia, então acho que é uma falta de ética da empresa Marcello Atibaia piscina não assumir as suas garantias, porque nós pagamos tão caro por um bem que mau usamos, por favor Marcello arca com as suas responsabilidades porque nós pagamos tudo não ficamos devendo nada para você…. Não indico Marcello Atibaia piscina para ninguém, por não cumprir com seus compromissos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei o serviço de reforma de piscina do senhor Marcelo, 50% no ato e 50% no término.
Paguei 50% e depois decidi fazer alteração mas antes do início, recebi a lista de material e por fim marcamos a data do início.
Uma vez projeto ajustado e data de início marcada os pedreiros vinham 1x por semana, fizeram a medida errada e foram alertados desde o início para correção. Não foi corrigido, e ainda fizeram uma parede fora da medida e torta, que cedeu.
Reclamei, a medida do senhor Marcelo foi cobrar adiantada a parte a ser paga no término da obra, alegando precisar para o vinil. O combinado não foi este, além do que a piscina estava errada e com atraso, ele disse que só continuaria a obra se eu adiantasse o valor, eu disse não e ele abandou a obra e me bloqueou. Gastei com material e o serviço precisa ser refeito, além dos 50% adiantado. Tudo o que digo eu tenho provas nas conversas de waths
