Comprei um solitário de noivado, agora 1 ano depois o anel quebrou no meio.
Entendemos que era sensível pois o modelo era bem delicado. Mandamos para arrumarem, arrumaram sem problemas.
Três dias depois o diamante se perdeu, nem sabemos quando, nem como. Simplesmente caiu em algum momento e só reparamos depois.
Como devo proceder? Foi um presente caro e com muito significado. Por mais que venham nos dar um anel novo, sempre ficaremos preucupados que poderá ocorrer novamente.
RING CRACKED IN THE MIDDLE AND FELL DIAMOND.
I bought a solitaire engagement, now one year after the ring broke in the middle.
We understand that was sensitive because the model was very delicate. Send to arrumarem, they packed smoothly.
Three days later the diamond was lost, not know when or how. Just fell at some point and only noticed later.
How should I proceed? It was an expensive and meaningful gift. However that may give us a new ring, it will always preucupados that may occur again.
