Lost a customer by not knowing how to answer politely in the first attempt to make an appointment to wash, just because I asked if the number was for the car wash and not for the automotive aesthetics, apart from that the WhatsApp number was not commercial and there was no photo of the business, so no I could be sure if it was a personal number or a company number.
