★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fechamos uma negociação c um imóvel e deram para trás na semana de negociação após nos fazer esperar a documentação. Não fizeram contrato de compra e venda, não foram éticos. Trabalharam mal, não nos deram suporte algum.
Não indico.
We closed a deal on a property and they backed out of the negotiation week after making us wait for documentation. They didn't make a purchase and sale agreement, they weren't ethical. They worked badly, they didn't give us any support.
I don't indicate.

Agendaram comigo um horário para eu mostrar um apartamento de um amigo meu que deixou as chaves comigo para um cliente deles, porém nem o corretor e nem o cliente apareceram e nem ligaram. Eu liguei, mandei mensagem e áudio pelo WhatsApp e até hoje não me deram uma satisfação. Nome do corretor: Fábio.
Hoje, 19/04/2021, o próprio Sr. Marcelo Lara entrou em contato comigo e se retratou diretamente comigo pelo seu funcionário.
Sendo assim, altero a minha avaliação, porém, não vou dar 5 estrelas porque eu que tive que me manisfestar.
Depois da minha manifestação/avaliação inicial, o Sr. Marcelo entrou em contato imediatamente.
Por isso mudei a avaliação.

That is not what they justified. They made an appointment with me to show me an apartment of a friend of mine who left the keys with me for a client of theirs, but neither the broker nor the client came and called. I called, sent a message and audio via WhatsApp and even today I was not satisfied. Name of the broker: Fábio.
Today, 04/19/2021, Mr. Marcelo Lara himself contacted me and retracted me directly by his employee.
Therefore, I change my assessment, however, I will not give 5 stars because I had to express myself.
After my initial statement / evaluation, Mr. Marcelo immediately contacted me.
So I changed the assessment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É a pior empresa que já tive o desprazer de fechar contrato.
Primeiro ficamos meses sem gás e além de levarem séculos pra resolverem, ainda omitiam informações.
Depois, por descaso deles, que não respondiam as mensagens, estourou um cano que alagou o apartamento do vizinho, uma loja e o próprio imóvel.
A vistoria inicial foi feita sem nossa presença e foi a pior que já vi. Precisamos trocar várias coisas e nunca tivemos reembolso.
Após a rescisão do contrato eles não entraram em contato com todos os inquilinos sobre uma conta em aberto, mesmo tendo o valor do deposito, eles escolheram colocar o nome no serasa sem contato prévio com todos os envolvidos. Além disso cobraram no spc o valor inteiro de todos os envolvidos, o que é ilegal.
NÃO EXISTE APOIO aos inquilinos, qualquer coisa que precise ser resolvida vc mesmo tem que fazer e pagar.
Incompetência e mau-caratismo definem!
It's the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of closing a contract.
First, we ran out of gas for months and, in addition to taking centuries to resolve, they still omitted information.
Then, due to their negligence, who did not respond to messages, a pipe burst that flooded the neighbor's apartment, a shop and the property itself.
The initial inspection was carried out without our presence and was the worst I have ever seen. We needed to change a lot of things and we never got a refund.
After the contract was terminated they did not contact all tenants about an open account, even though they had the deposit amount, they chose to put the name on serasa without prior contact with everyone involved. In addition, they charged in spc the entire amount of everyone involved, which is illegal.
THERE IS NO SUPPORT for tenants, anything that needs to be resolved you yourself have to do and pay.
Incompetence and bad character define it!
