★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma consulta, perdi uma manhã toda de trabalho, o médico estava muito atrasado, fui toda empolgada e determinada a fazer uma mini abdominoplastia, Dr. Marcelo ficou de me passar o orçamento por e-mail, já faz uns 4 meses, liguei para a secretária 2 vezes, ela disse que ele não havia passado nada para ela, estou esperando até hoje o orçamento. Quanto descaso, falta de respeito. Será que ele achou que não teria o dinheiro para pagar? Que tipo de profissional é este? Lamentável.

Quero, entretanto, deixar registrada minha indignação com a secretária, que marcou um horário para minha consulta com o Dr. Fernando, no mesmo consultório do Dr. Marcelo. Chegando lá, fui informada que o Dr. Fernando não atenderia nesse dia, que era "dia de cirurgia", segundo ela, secretária. Disse que teria que remarcar o horário. Fiquei profundamente irritada já que ela não se ocupou sequer de ligar avisando que o médico não me atenderia. Além do que, ao invés de tentar uma solução para o ocorrido, me deixou esperando, em pé, enquanto atendia as ligações telefônicas. Uma falta de respeito e preparo! Espero que esse fato chegue ao conhecimento dos doutores Marcelo e Fernando.
