★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em janeiro/2021 liguei e conversei com o Douglas e perguntei se eles faziam cortes em MDF e a resposta foi sim. Na mesma semana levei as madeiras e o mesmo fez o serviço, o atendimento não foi espetacular, mas foi no mínimo aceitável e o preço foi ok. Essa semana meu marido ligou e perguntou se eles poderiam cortar outras peças de MDF e novamente o Douglas aceitou e disse para levar hoje a tarde. Meu marido levou as peças para cortar e o tratamento foi péssimo, parecia que estava fazendo um "favor". Picotou todo o MDF pela falta de vontade de fazer o serviço e ainda cobrou mais que o dobro do valor da última vez, sendo que foi a mesma quantidade de peças e cortes.
Se não era interessante para a empresa, deveria ter falado ao telefone, assim iríamos procurar outro lugar. Não digo nem pelo valor, pois iríamos pagar de qualquer jeito, mas sim pelo péssimo atendimento e serviço prestado dessa vez.
Estava até cogitando em planejar minha casa com eles, mas depois dessa, tô fora. Não recomendo!
In January / 2021 I called and talked to Douglas and asked if they were cutting MDF and the answer was yes. In the same week I took the woods and the same did the service, the service was not spectacular, but it was at least acceptable and the price was ok. This week my husband called and asked if they could cut other pieces of MDF and again Douglas accepted and said to take it this afternoon. My husband took the pieces to cut and the treatment was terrible, it looked like he was doing a "favor". Perforated all the MDF due to the unwillingness to do the job and still charged more than twice the amount of the last time, being the same amount of pieces and cuts.
If it was not interesting for the company, it should have spoken on the phone, so we would look elsewhere. I don't even say for the amount, because we would pay anyway, but for the terrible service and service provided this time.
I was even considering planning my house with them, but after that, I'm out. I do not recommend!
