No começo parecia super profissional e responsável, mas depois vieram as chateações.
O produto entregue é de qualidade OK, não é o melhor nem o pior que já conheci.
O preço cobrado foi menor do que um outro que procurei, mas acabou me dando muita dor de cabeça. Não compensa!
Adiou a entrega do produto várias vezes e ainda ficou faltando uma prateleira. Ele ficou de voltar pra colocar e ajustar outro detalhe importante e nunca voltou.
É típico dele não atender as ligações, não responde no whatsapp e quando enfim você consegue marcar com ele, ele NÃO APARECE e nem desmarca o compromisso. Profissionalismo passou longe! Ele te faz esperar no horário combinado e não vai. Não vale a dor de cabeça.

The price charged was lower than the one I tried, but it ended up giving me a lot of headaches. It does not pay!
Delayed delivery of the product several times and still lacked a shelf. He kept coming back to fit and adjusted another important detail and never came back.
It's typical that he does not answer the calls, he does not respond in whatsapp, and when you finally dial him, he DOES NOT APPEAR and neither does he cancel the appointment. Professionalism passed away! It makes you wait at the agreed time and it will not. Not worth the headache.

- Não entrega no prazo, enrola por semanas, marcando datas para a entrega do produto, não vai no dia marcado e nem avisa nada;
- Na hora de instalar danifica o piso, as paredes, diz que o defeito já existia, que é culpa da parede (não são móveis planejados), de quem fez e não quer arcar com o prejuízo;
- Faz o móvel da maneira quer der na telha deles e quando você diz que não era assim, não quer modificar e se modificar que cobrar mais;
- Fecha um preço e depois que instala quer cobrar mais.
Outras pessoas que conheço me alertaram que não valeria a pena a dor de cabeça. Pena que só tive essas opiniões quando já tinha fechado o negócio. Infelizmente, tive que passar na pele.

- Make the furniture the way you want it to be on their tile and when you say it wasn't like that, you don't want to modify it and change it if you charge more;
- Close a price and after you install you want to charge more.
Other people I know warned me that the headache wouldn't be worth it. Too bad I only had those opinions when I had already closed the deal. Unfortunately, I had to go through the skin.
