That was my experience. I didn't like the treatment, I was about to buy it, but I was so poorly attended, like so much contempt, that I left without buying the product and still feeling very bad. It didn't seem like a commercial place, I don't know how to describe it. But I'm not going to buy there anymore, because whoever buys, in addition to liking the product, has to have a good service.
