★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fechei meu projeto do apto todo em Fevereiro de 2020, cheguei a dar um sinal de 5 mil e o Ricardo se comprometeu de enviar o contrato por e-mail com tudo que havíamos combinado (tipo de material / cor e os valores) mas infelizmente isso não aconteceu e sempre inventava uma desculpa, neste período eu e minha esposa fizemos alguns ajustes e sabíamos que o valor poderia aumentar ou diminuir mas como íamos saber se desde o início não tínhamos o CONTRATO em mãos. E o Ricardo sempre falava isso vai ser um valor maior e etc e o contrato que é bom "NADA".
Pois bem em Fevereiro de 2021 após o término da obra do apto, pedimos ao Ricardo para ir até o apto tirar as medidas e se comprometeu a iniciar os cortes das madeiras pelos quartos onde já teria a medida exata, e cada solicitação que pedíamos, um exemplo fazer o guarda roupa em L falava que não dá por isso e por isso, na cozinha foi a mesma coisa ou seja "TUDO NÃO DAVA" afinal quem iria morar no apto? Solicitei para fazer uma pratelerira suspensa em.cima do balcão (Passa Prato) NÃO DAVA enfim fomos ajustando o projeto. Chegando agora em MAIO/21 ao ligar para ele e se já estava pronto os quartos, para instalar no final do mês ele disse que precisava de 90 DIAS ou seja em Setembro, para eu entrar no imóvel achei um ABSURDO sendo que este prazo se daria pela data da medição em Fevereiro ou seja NÃO TEM COMPROMETIMENTO E RESPONSABILIDADE com seus CLIENTES!!!
Eu e minha esposa ficamos muito chateados e decepcionados e decidimos em solicitar o valor do sinal pago.

And Ricardo always said that it will be a higher value and etc and the contract is good "NOTHING".
Well in February 2021 after the end of the fit work, we asked Ricardo to go to the fit to take the measurements and he promised to start cutting the wood in the rooms where he would already have the exact measure, and each request we asked for, a example making the wardrobe in L said that you don't notice it and that is why, in the kitchen it was the same thing ie "EVERYTHING DIDN'T" after all who would live in the apartment? I asked to make a plate hanging on top of the counter (Passa Prato) IT WASN'T FINALLY we were adjusting the project. Arriving now in MAY / 21 when calling him and if the rooms were ready, to install at the end of the month he said he needed 90 DAYS, that is, in September, for me to enter the property I found an ABSURD and this term would be given by the date of the measurement in February, that is, YOU HAVE NO COMMITMENT AND RESPONSIBILITY to your CUSTOMERS !!!
My wife and I were very upset and disappointed and decided to request the amount of the deposit paid.
