da empresa, o senhor Leandro sobre esse problema, o mesmo levou a porta embora e até hoje dia 27/12/18 (Mais de 3 meses) meu closed estå lå sem porta, com meus pertences expostos ao pó, porque o senhor Leandro não resolve este problema. Lembrando que a garantia que me foi dada Em contrato foi de 2 anos e Em menos de 1 ano o produto/serviço dele apresentou defeito. Efeituei uma reclamação no Reclameaqui desta empresa.
Terrible after sale. My furniture was delivered in January of this year, and in August the mirrored door of the closed door began to bend. On 09/19/2018 I communicated to the owner
from the company, Mr. Leandro about this problem, he took the door away and until today 12/27/18 (More than 3 months) my closed is there without a door, with my belongings exposed to dust, because Mr. Leandro doesn't solves this problem. Remembering that the warranty given to me in contract was 2 years and In less than 1 year, his product/service was defective. I filed a complaint in Complainaqui of this company.
