Depois de entrar em contato com a loja e falar com a gerente, ela diz que não tem como trocar e nem muito menos da um jeito para "sanar" o problema. Sinceramente, pagar 180,00 por uma blusa que como consumidora acreditava que era uma marca "boa" e que poderia "confiar", e ser recebida assim, é muito desagradável.. Engraçado que quando vamos comprar, somos bem atendidos. Agora só basta irmos reclamar de algo que temos direito, que somos tratados como nada. Decepcionadissima!!
Very disappointed with the store. I bought a random polo two months ago, after the first wash, the blouse stretched all over and faded. After contacting the store and talking to the manager, she says that there is no way to change it, much less find a way to "remedy" the problem. Honestly, paying 180.00 for a blouse that as a consumer believed it was a "good" brand and could "trust", and be received like that, is very unpleasant. Funny that when we go shopping, we are well served. Now all we have to do is complain about something that we are entitled to, that we are treated as nothing. Disappointed!
