★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Estou acompanhando a situação de um Gol G3 Rallye desde o início de Janeiro, perguntando quando o carro vai estar na agência para buscar ele. Quando descobri (via OLX, já que não me disseram nada no whatsapp) que o carro estava na agência, fui ver o carro já pronto pra levar na hora! Aí me disseram que a preferência não iria ser minha e sim de outro comprador que saiu hoje (sábado) de Itaúna pra agência. Fizeram total descaso de 2 meses da minha vida esperando resposta sobre o veículo. Jamais vou entrar novamente e não haverá alguma recomendação mas sim muito mal a falar da agência.
Bad experience. I've been following the situation of a Gol G3 Rallye since the beginning of January, asking when the car will be at the agency to pick it up. When I found out (via OLX, since they didn't say anything on whatsapp) that the car was at the agency, I went to see the car ready to take it right away! Then I was told that the preference was not going to be mine, but that of another buyer who left Itaúna for the agency today (Saturday). They did a total neglect of 2 months of my life waiting for an answer about the vehicle. I will never enter again and there will be no recommendation but very badly talking about the agency.
