★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é de ótima localização e bem confortável. Tive alguns problemas em relação a parte hidráulica da casa e também a pintura já que o imóvel não foi pintado por dentro. Mas em suma, estou satisfeita com a locação.
The place is in a great location and very comfortable. I had some problems with the hydraulic part of the house and also the painting since the property was not painted inside. But all in all, I'm satisfied with the location.
