O dono (Geraldo) disse que eu esperasse e que já havia falado com o "Paulo", o mesmo disse que não ouviu nada e o outro (Léo) também disse que não ouviu nada. Acabei fazendo o serviço em outro local, um tal de Sérgio. Infelizmente, depois disso, não volto mais e não recomendo! ????
I was a customer for 5 years, until the day I waited for more than 1H and no one answered. The owner (Geraldo) said that I was waiting and that I had already spoken to "Paulo", he said that he did not hear anything and the other (Leo) also said that he did not hear anything. I ended up doing the job in another location, a guy named Sérgio. Unfortunately, after that, I won't be back and I don't recommend it! ????

Comprei um pneu Maggion para uma Twister, onde o senhor Márcio não me deu NF, (apenas um cartão com a data da venda anexa), dizendo que não precisava e que caso houvesse qualquer problema o pneu seria substituído ou trocado por outro de forma proporcional. T
rês meses depois o pneu criou bolhas enormes, fui lá e o mesmo me ateneu com a mair grosseria dizendo que não iria trocar e que o recibo não valia de nada.
Um logista do lado fez por mim o que era obrigação dele. Trocou o pneu com defeito por um de outra marca e mandou o ruim para a garantia e eu paguei a diferença.

I bought a Maggion tire for a Twister, where Mr. Márcio did not give me NF, (just a card with the date of the sale attached), saying that I didn't need it and that if there was any problem the tire would be replaced or exchanged for another one proportionately . T
three months later the tire created huge bubbles, i went there and it attenuated me with the most rudeness saying that i wouldn't change and that the receipt was worthless.
A logist on the side did for me what was his duty. I replaced the defective tire with one from another brand and sent the bad one for warranty and I paid the difference.
