A conferência da compra é feita de forma constrangedora para os clientes.
E para piorar, comprei um miolo de fechadura, levei o modelo para não ter erro, o vendedor conferiu e me vendeu um modelo errado.
Voltei com menos de 24h para efetuar a troca ou transformar o valor em crédito, não aceitaram nenhuma das duas opções , alegaram que a embalagem foi aberta e que em caso de compras físicas eles não são obrigados a efetuar a troca..
Fui duas vezes nessa loja e duas experiências negativas.
NÃO RECOMENDO PARA NINGUÉM.

I returned with less than 24 hours to exchange or transform the value into credit, they did not accept either option, they claimed that the package was opened and that in case of physical purchases they are not obliged to make the exchange..
I went to this store twice and two negative experiences.
I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a entrega no Bairro Sol Nascente é muito precária, pela segunda vez tive problemas, a obra está parada, muita falta de respeito com o cliente e com os moradores do bairro. Outras lojas que, por ética não citarei nomes, entregam muito mais rápido no bairro, mas por falta de opção de pisos tive que comprar nesta loja. Entrei em contato as 8h, esperei o retorno da funcionaria Ana, como não houve até as 8:40h, liguei de novo e a mesma estava atendendo outro cliente, ou seja, ainda não tinha sequer tentado resolver, como ela mesma disse o " meu problema" meu problema, não da loja, total desorganização e desrespeito, meu contato está na NF, 537728 e 537758.
