★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O sanduíche é ótimo. Saboroso e suculento, mas a espera é longa. Reflita se quer mesmo esperar mais de 1h para comer um delicioso lanche.
The sandwich is great. Tasty and juicy, but the wait is long. Reflect if you really want to wait more than 1 hour to eat a delicious snack.

Horrible service. We were the first to arrive and at 1:30 they still haven't answered our requests, not even a satisfaction or apology.

Chegamos não limparão nem a mesa refrigerante quente não perguntarão nem se queríamos gelo não trouxeram nem um guardanapo na mesa fora q os funcionários ficam só na calçada rindo e por fim ainda queriam cobrar 10%do garçom que concerteza não pagamos pq pra cobrar porcentagem pro garçom teriam q mudar muito o atendimento
Terrible attendance
We arrived, they didn't clean the table or hot soda, they didn't even ask if we wanted ice, they didn't even bring a napkin on the table outside q the staff were just on the sidewalk laughing and finally they wanted to charge 10% of the waiter, which we certainly didn't pay because to charge a percentage to the waiter they would have to change the service a lot

Não falam que não tem entregador e na última hora, quando já passou do horário para qualquer restaurante ou lanchonete, eles avisam....
Já me falaram que tinha entrega. Depois de fazer meu pedido eles me falam que nao tem entregador .. em fim... Péssimo
The hamburgers are excellent! But the service is terrible... They already left me hungry and at a time when I couldn't ask for food anymore...
They don't say they don't have a delivery man and at the last minute, when it's past time for any restaurant or cafeteria, they warn you....
I've been told they have delivery. After placing my order, they tell me that there is no delivery person.. in the end... Terrible

fizemos o pedido e depois de 1 hora um casal que chegou depois já estava comendo.
Eu perguntei o motivo e a atendente falou que eles tinham "pedido primeiro"
Continuei esperando mais meia hora e fui perguntar novamente e para minha surpresa o meu pedido não tinha sido feito.
Ninguém foi capaz de sequer pedir desculpa!
As duas antendentes discutindo pra decidir de quem teria sido a culpa.
Fiz o pedido novamente e enfim chegou.
Na hora de pagar tinha taxa de serviço na conta e eu falei que não faria sentido pagar.
A atendente falou pra mim: é a primeira vez que come em um restaurante?
Nesse momento eu vi que não compensava nem a discussão e fui embora!
TERRIBLE service!
we ordered and after 1 hour a couple who arrived later were already eating.
I asked why and the attendant said they had "ordered first"
I kept waiting another half hour and went to ask again and to my surprise my order had not been placed.
No one was able to even apologize!
The two attendants arguing to decide who was to blame.
I ordered it again and it finally arrived.
When paying, there was a service fee on the bill and I said it wouldn't make sense to pay.
The attendant said to me: is this the first time you eat in a restaurant?
At that moment I saw that it wasn't even worth the argument and I left!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hambúrguer estava muito bom! Estava um dia de muito movimento e a atendente foi transparente ao informar que iria demorar, mas acabou demorando metade do previsto.
A carne tinha um ponto perfeito e muito saborosa. O mesmo do bacon, que estava super crocante. Valeu muito a pena.
The hamburger was very good! It was a busy day and the attendant was transparent in informing that it would take time, but it ended up taking half of the expected time.
The meat had a perfect point and was very tasty. Same as the bacon, which was super crispy. It was very worth it.

Por 19,99 um hambúrguer é quase o preço de uma long neck nos restaurantes do Quadrado! Pode confiar, só chegue cedo senão eles se atrapalham no atendimento e seu pedido demora.
Believe me: The cheapest place to eat in Trancoso! There are really few servers, but the hamburger is delicious! For 19.99 a hamburger is almost the price of a long neck in the Quadrado restaurants! You can trust, just arrive early otherwise they get in the way and your order takes a long time.
