O engenheiro responsável pelo escritório, só sabe assinar e terceiriza tudo a um bando de amadores sem experiência nem conhecimento de execução de obras. Pelo jeito, não acompanha a elaboração dos projetos o que resulta em projetos mal feitos, que servem apenas para legalização. Na parte de execução deixa muito a desejar. Pois os mestres de obras não conseguem executar a obra seguindo os projetos devido à grande quantidade de erros.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Lots of advertising, but no efficiency. The engineer responsible for the office only knows how to sign and outsource everything to a bunch of amateurs with no experience or knowledge of the execution of works. Apparently, it does not accompany the drafting of the projects which results in poorly done projects, which serve only for legalization. In the execution part leaves much to be desired. Because the masters of works can not execute the work following the projects due to the great amount of errors.
