Nos vendeu uma casa em condomínio que estava irregular , não constava na prefeitura a construção, mas somente o terreno!
Nos vendeu a casa como fração ideal com o direito a uma vaga na garagem, mas passamos anos sofrendo com discussões com os vizinhos que alegavam que o proprietário anterior havia renunciado a vaga .
Colocou uma caixa d'água particular em cima da minha casa e até hj não a tirou e disse que só irá tirar com uma ação judicial.
