★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para uma entrevista de emprego o qual passei e tinham me prometido começar a ocupar o cargo 2 dias depois, eu toda alegre contei para toda familia q havia conseguido um trabalho fixo e não precisaria mais viver de bicos.. chegou o dia esperado tinha de estar lá às 14:00h, quando já estava a caminho, 20 minutos antes (13:40) me ligam de lá com uma desculpa de que o cargo já foi preenchido a mando do supervisor por alguém com indicação e não precisariam mais de mim.... Fiquei desconsolada e voltei pra casa.
I went for a job interview which I passed and I had been promised to start taking up the position 2 days later, I was all happy to tell the whole family that I had gotten a steady job and would not need to live on my bills anymore ... the expected day had to come to be there at 14: 00h, when i was on my way, 20 minutes before (13:40) they call me from there with an excuse that the position has already been filled at the behest of the supervisor by someone with indication and they would not need me anymore. ... I was disconsolate and returned home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento na loja North shopping jóquei, entrei na loja com a placa “promoção” e perguntei dos tênis, uma vendedora com sotaque do interior de SP me falou que não entram em promoção pois são preços tabelados, comentei que na CENTAURO estavam com valor mais baixo, além da pretensão da vendedora em insinuar que uma loja da envergadura da CENTAURO poderia estar vendendo Vans não original (leia-se) pirata, o atendimento é desanimador, alô RH da @Maresia invistam em vendedoras qualificadas e com valor humano suficiente pra saber vender as qualidades do produto quando um concorrente o tiver mais barato, daí depois as lojas fecham em plena pandemia e os gestores nem sabem das deficiências dos profissionais de venda espantando os clientes.
Bad service at the North shopping jockey store, I entered the store with the “promotion” sign and asked about the sneakers, a saleswoman with an accent from the interior of São Paulo told me that they are not on sale because they are fixed prices, I commented that at CENTAURO they were worth more low, in addition to the salesperson's pretension to imply that a CENTAURO-wide store could be selling non-original (read) pirated vans, the service is disheartening, hello HR from @Maresia invest in qualified salespeople with enough human value to know sell the qualities of the product when a competitor has it cheaper, then the stores close in the middle of a pandemic and the managers do not even know about the shortcomings of the sales professionals scaring the customers.

Maresia tinha uma vibe muito boa com os outros vendedores mais antigos, uma pena quando chega novos gestores e muda a equipe que já tinha a cara da loja e atendia com tanta alegria e vontade.
Very beautiful store as always, but I didn't like the service provided by the new manager Rafaela, very snobby!
Maresia had a very good vibe with the other older vendors, a pity when new managers arrive and change the team that already had the face of the store and attended with such joy and willingness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer uma troca hoje 30/05/22 de um presente que ganhei e fui muito bem atendido pela vendedora Alana. Atendimento nota 10. Acabei levando uma peça mais cara e paguei a diferença.
Mas deixo aqui uma crítica à política de trocas da Maresia: essa regra de só poder fazer troca na loja em que a peça foi comprada é absurda, pois tem uma Maresia mais próximo de onde eu moro (onde costumo comprar), mas tive que me deslocar e gastar com transporte para trocar um presente. Por isso que eu não dou presente da Maresia. Porque se a pessoa morar longe e tiver que trocar, vai ser inconveniente esse deslocamento.

But here is a criticism of Maresia's exchange policy: this rule of only being able to exchange at the store where the item was purchased is absurd, as there is a Maresia closer to where I live (where I usually buy), but I had to move and spend on transportation to exchange a gift. That's why I don't give Maresia gifts. Because if the person lives far away and has to change, this displacement will be inconvenient.
