Terrible customer service, answering an email is impossible for them, I sent the same email to 3 employees, I didn't get a response from any of them. Telephone also do not answer.

Empresa com uma enorme falta de responsabilidade com nós clientes. Compra do residencial Saturno. Já vi em sites de reclamações várias e várias reclamações da mesma e sempre pelo mesmo motivo. Para que possamos criar um grupo de pessoas que estão com o mesmo problema. Infelizmente me sinto enganada pela construtora MARFEX, tenho certeza que não só eu mas existem muito mais pessoas com o mesmo problema.

Company with a huge lack of responsibility with us customers. Purchase of residential Saturn. I have seen several complaints websites and several complaints about it and always for the same reason. So that we can create a group of people who are having the same problem. Unfortunately I feel cheated by the construction company MARFEX, I'm sure that not only me but there are many more people with the same problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construtora sem nenhuma credibilidade n tem respeito com os cliente não atende as ligações nem menssagen do Whatsapp pra vender foram ótimo já faz 1 ano q comprei a casa e nada de entrega sempre com desculpas todo mês fala q vai sair a casa e nada NAO RECOMENDO QUERO MEU DINHEIRO DE VOLTA!!!!!!
Construction company without any credibility has no respect for customers does not answer calls or messages from Whatsapp to sell were great it's been 1 year ago when I bought the house and no delivery always with excuses every month says he's going to leave the house and nothing I DON'T RECOMMEND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!

Inúmeras desculpas e muitas pessoas lesadas por esta empresa.
Não recomendo. Empresa lixo!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim. construção horrível cheia de defeitos, o sac não funciona não resolve nenhum problema que o cliente expõe péssima mesmo não indico nem pra inimigo. Enrolados e mentirosos.
Too bad. horrible construction full of defects, the sac doesn't work doesn't solve any problem that the customer exposes terrible even I don't even recommend it to the enemy. Twisted and liars.
