★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu era cliente desde a adolescência, ou seja, cliente a mais de 10 anos, sempre gostei de mexer no cabelo incontáveis vezes fui a este salão gastei muito dinheiro para meus visuais. Hoje na data de 14/set/2021 marquei um horário com ela a dona margareth dona do salão ela disse para eu comparecer às 16:00 eu ia apenas cortar o cabelo, chegando lá na hora marcada por ela, eu fui praticamente expulsa do salão! ela disse que nao podia fazer o corte naquela hora pois tinha que fazer escova em uma cliente e corte de cabelo em outra, eu não entendi nada, ela mandou eu voltar depois de uma hora e meia (17:30)da tarde, nem mesmo me ofereceu um lugar para sentar e talvez esperar. Me senti tratada como um lixo, me senti decepcionada, afinal de contas eu marquei e ela falou o horário para eu ir, mais decepcionada ainda fiquei pois afinal de contas sou cliente a mais de 10 anos, e fui tratada pior que um cachorro de rua. Não piso mais neste lugar, ainda bem que estou de passagem em belém e nao moro mais na cidade. Achei muita falta de profissionalismo!!!
I was a client since I was a teenager, that is, a client for over 10 years, I always liked to mess with my hair countless times I went to this salon and spent a lot of money for my looks. Today on September 14, 2021 I made an appointment with her the lady margareth owner of the salon she told me to attend at 4:00 pm I was just going to cut my hair, arriving there at her appointed time, I was practically expelled from the salon ! she said she couldn't do the cut at that time because she had to brush one client and cut her hair in another, I didn't understand anything, she told me to come back after an hour and a half (5:30 pm) in the afternoon, not even offered me a place to sit and maybe wait. I felt treated like rubbish, I felt disappointed, after all I made an appointment and she told me the time for me to go, I was even more disappointed because after all I've been a customer for over 10 years, and I was treated worse than a stray dog . I don't walk in this place anymore, it's a good thing I'm passing through Bethlehem and I don't live in the city anymore. I found a lot of lack of professionalism!!!
