★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As meninas do atendimento, as duas morenas são ótimas, mas o atendimento do caixa e um rapaz de óculos é horrível, vou lá várias vezes, tem muita variedades.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei lá e marquei a entrega de materiais para uma sexta feira, quando chegou o dia liguei e avisei à eles que como choveu muito não daria para eles me entregarem, pois devido ter uma rua de terra o caminhão não iria subir. Pedi que desmarcassem e marcassem para a próxima sexta, que no caso é hoje. Ok, ficou marcado para hoje pela parte da tarde. Quando foi ás 14:00 liguei para confirmar que eles viriam, a mulher que me atendeu disse que não sabia de nada pois não tinha nada marcado no meu nome, como se eu não houvesse feito pedido nenhum, e ainda que o material que eu pedi à uma semana, só poderia ser entregue segunda-feira, sendo que eu tinha necessidade do material hoje pois o pedreiro vem amanhã. Resultado , liguei em outro depósito, no Silva Melo, e em menos de 40 minutos o caminhão subiu aqui e me entregou o que eu precisava. Nesse Margetel já vi que eles não tem compromisso nenhum e nem responsabilidade com o cliente.
I called there and scheduled the delivery of materials for a Friday, when the day came I called and told them that as it rained a lot it would not be possible for them to deliver me, because due to having a dirt street the truck would not go up. I asked them to cancel and schedule for next Friday, which is today. Okay, it was scheduled for today in the afternoon. When it was 2:00 pm I called to confirm that they would come, the woman who answered me said she didn't know anything because there was nothing marked in my name, as if I hadn't made any request, and even though the material I asked for a week ago, it could only be delivered on Monday, since I needed the material today because the mason is coming tomorrow. As a result, I called another warehouse, at Silva Melo, and in less than 40 minutes the truck climbed up here and delivered what I needed. In this Margetel I have seen that they have no commitment and no responsibility to the customer.
