★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a uma consulta médica agendada e a Sra. em questão, que me atende há 3 anos, não quis me atender pq estava sem luz e a Amilsaude Planos nao daria o token pra ela cobrar a consulta. Liguei na Amil e eles falaram que o token poderia ser enviado posteriormente, sem problemas. Ela se recusou a me atender mesmo assim e passou todos os pacientes na minha frente, ignorando minha presença no consultório. Perdi a manhã inteira e não fui atendida, com direito a "volte outro dia e não insista".
A indignação seria com (1) a médica que mostrou a que veio, (2) planos de saúde no Brasil e seus reajustes de 17/18% anuais ou (3) comigo, que tenho que entender que fod@-se o cliente/paciente?
Por sorte era apenas uma consulta de retorno, de um check up. Deus me livre contar com bom senso e direitos por aqui.
I went to a scheduled medical appointment and the lady in question, who has been attending me for 3 years, did not want to see me because I had no light and Amilsaude Planos would not give her the token to collect the consultation. I called Amil and they said that the token could be sent later, without problems. She refused to see me anyway and passed all the patients in front of me, ignoring my presence in the office. I lost the whole morning and was not seen, entitled to "come back another day and don't insist".
The indignation would be with (1) the doctor who showed what she came for, (2) health plans in Brazil and her 17/18% annual adjustments or (3) with me, who I have to understand is that fuck the client / patient?
Luckily it was just a return visit, a check up. God forbid I have common sense and rights around here.

Achei um desrespeito a forma como procedeu desde o início da consulta, demonstrando indignação e má vontade logo no preenchimento dos dados que o plano solicita. Transparecia sua impaciência e irritação, sendo que isto é um procedimento normal nas consultas. Por fim, cancelamos, pois ela não conseguiu realizar esse preenchimento de dados. Não recomendo!!
Awful! I have never been treated so poorly! I found the way he proceeded from the beginning of the consultation to be disrespectful, showing indignation and unwillingness when filling in the data requested by the plan. His impatience and irritation showed, as this is normal procedure in consultations. Finally, we canceled, as she was unable to fill in this data. I do not recommend!!
