Fui informado que o atendimento seria horário de chegada apartir das 8h, mas que só começaria atender apartir das 11h.
Cheguei 8h e fui informado que seria quinto da lista, embora tenha sido o segundo a chegar no consultório.
Retornei 11:15 e fui informado que tinha três pessoas anterior do meu atendimento. Quando seria minha vez foi atendido um senhor que devido sua idade e ser preferencial não me incomodei; para meu espanto isso 12:30 vi que a médica após atendimento do preferencial deixou o seu consultório e nada fora me informado, consederei um disparate total.
Irritando e indignado solicitei cancelamento da consulta já autorizada.
No mínimo uma falta de respeito.

Terrible attendance.
I was informed that the service would be arrival time from 8am, but would only start answering from 11am.
I arrived at 8am and was told it would be fifth on the list, although it was the second to arrive in the office.
I returned 11:15 and was informed that I had three previous people from my attendance. When would be my turn was met a gentleman who due to his age and being preferential did not bother me; to my astonishment this 12:30 saw that the doctor after attending the preferential left his office and nothing was informed me, I will utter nonsense.
Annoying and outraged I requested cancellation of the consultation already authorized.
At least a lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi marcado o horário de 9:00. Cheguei antecipado, 10 minutos. A médica chegou as 9:24!!! Entrou outra pessoa... e passou 1h com ela.... acho que se é hora marcada, o interessante é respeitar.
9:00 am was scheduled. I arrived early, 10 minutes. The doctor arrived at 9:24 !!! Another person came in ... and spent 1 hour with her .... I think if it's an appointment, the interesting thing is to respect it.
