Ao passar no caixa foi concedido o desconto e avisado que bastaria manter a etiqueta. A etiqueta possui os 30 dias riscado e o número 15 a caneta para troca. Apesar disso, se recusaram a efetuar, alegando se tratar de promoção e pedindo desculpas somente. Pois todos os seus clientes "já sabem" disso.
