★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alem do péssimo atendimento dar uma estrela é muito pela experiencia que passei na loja. Há quase 3 anos comprei uma produto nessa loja na hora vi que a embalagem esta com uma fita durex velha mas achei normal porque alguém poderia abrir pra ver a peça, nao me deram nota como paguei com o cartao tudo que tinha era a via. Ao chegar em casa abrir e reparei que o produto esta usado e o pior rasgado, volta na loja para troca e ela simples me deram uma desculpa que o responsavel pela loja iria as 6 da tarde la e iria verifica se a peças esta mesmo usada, anotaram meu numero e ficaram com a peça, esperei o dia todo e ninguem me ligo, voltei a loja alguns dias depois e as duas atendente ficaram me enrolando dizendo que o responsavel estava viajando, sempre que ia na loja era uma desculpa diferente, como nao tinha nota nao tive o que fazer, no final fiquei sem o produto e o dinheiro espero a tal ligaçao ate hoje (quase 3 anos) tenho certeza que ela ficaram com o produto e o locaram para vende e outras pessoa tenha caido nesse golpe, entao jamais compre nessa loja, só tem picaretagem e pessimo atendimento

Almost 3 years ago I bought a product in that store at the time I saw that the packaging is with an old durex tape but I thought it was normal because someone could open it to see the piece, they did not give me a note as I paid with the card all I had was the copy. When I got home to open it and noticed that the product was used and the worst was torn, it returned to the store for exchange and she simply gave me an excuse that the person in charge of the store would go there at 6 pm and check if the parts are really used, they wrote down my number and stayed with the piece, I waited all day and no one cares, I went back to the store a few days later and the two attendants were messing with me saying that the person in charge was traveling, whenever I went to the store it was a different excuse, as it was not I had a note, I had nothing to do, in the end I was without the product and the money I hope for this connection until today (almost 3 years) I'm sure she stayed with the product and rented it for sale and other people fell for this scam, so never buy in this store, only have picks and poor service
