★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insatisfeita com o serviço. Não cumpre prazo de entrega, por várias vezes é agendada data da instalação e não aparecem e nem se quer dão satisfação, o cliente tem que procurar. Inclusive informaram que um dos atrasos foi em razão da falta da matéria prima para confecção. Ou seja, vendem sem ter como entregar. Entre outros problemas que tornaram negativa a experiência.
Unsatisfied with the service. It doesn't meet the deadline, several times the installation date is scheduled and they don't show up and don't even give satisfaction, the customer has to look for it. They even informed that one of the delays was due to the lack of raw material for confection. In other words, they sell without having to deliver. Among other problems that made the experience negative.
