Porque o local é sujo, mesas não são limpas e estavam a maioria cheia de pratos e xícaras porque não tem funcionários pra recolher, gente em pé no meu caso esperando uma mesa limpa, como não veio eu mesma coloquei as coisas sujas na mesa vizinha que já estava com outras sujas, limpei a mesa com os guardanapos. Pessoas sentadas esperando seu pedido com a mesa suja. Mais de 50 minutos esperando e ainda tinha 4 pedidos na frente. Nota 0 para limpeza do local, zero para atendimento e ainda funcionária sem máscara.
If it was ever good, I missed that moment. Because the place is dirty, tables are not clean and they were mostly full of plates and cups because there are no employees to collect, people standing in my case waiting for a clean table, as I didn't come, I put the dirty things on the table next door. I already had other dirty ones, I cleaned the table with the napkins. People sitting waiting for their order with dirty table. More than 50 minutes waiting and I still had 4 orders in front of me. Note 0 for cleaning the place, zero for service and even an employee without a mask.

Mais em torno de 2horas pra chegar nas mesas se vc tiver apresado e vai perder o compromisso devia ter um pouco mais de rapidez

Agora deixa muito a desejar. A dona trata a gente como se estivesse pedindo um favor. Demora demora e ainda vem fria. O estabelecimento tem uma cara legal, mas o atendimento começando pela dona é horrível.
My first times I went, the service was very good, the food was good.
Now it leaves a lot to be desired. The owner treats us as if she were asking for a favor. It takes a while and it still comes cold. The establishment has a nice face, but the service starting with the owner is horrible.
