★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um vestido em dezembro de 2017. Usei uma única vez e, apos lavar com sabão neutro, o vestido encolheu e soltou manchas vermelhas para parte mais clara. Pedi para vendedora levar para fábrica e efetuar a troca. Pasmem... Até hoje a loja se recusa a fazer a troca dizendo que não encolheu e que as manchas foram retiradas por eles (fabricante) com alvejante. Somente hoje, quarta-feira, 18/07/2018, o fabricante devolveu o vestido para a vendedora dizendo que não efetuará a troca. Vou buscar meus direitos junto ao PROCON para reaver meu dinheiro ou a troca por outro produto. É uma falta de respeito ficar com um produto todo esse tempo e não dá uma satisfação para seu cliente. Essa loja deveria ser autuada por reter tanto tempo um produto... Nao quero nada de ninguém. Apenas quero o que é meu por direito. Não comprei uma peça mancha ou curta. Comprei um vestido que, no primeiro momento, parecia ser de qualidade.
I bought a dress in December 2017. I wore it only once and, after washing with neutral soap, the dress shrunk and released red spots for a lighter part. I asked the salesperson to take it to the factory and make the exchange. Amazing ... Until today the store refuses to make the exchange saying that it did not shrink and that the stains were removed by them (manufacturer) with bleach. Only today, Wednesday, 07/18/2018, the manufacturer returned the dress to the seller saying that he will not make the exchange. I will get my rights from PROCON to get my money back or exchange for another product. It is a lack of respect to stay with a product all this time and does not give satisfaction to your customer. This store should be fined for retaining a product for so long ... I don't want anything from anyone. I just want what's rightfully mine. I didn't buy a spotty or short piece. I bought a dress that, at first, seemed to be of quality.
