★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito destratada neste lugar. Ao chegar selecionei 3 peças e procurei a vendedora pra saber como funcionava a venda. Ela foi EXTREMAMENTE desrespeitosa comigo. Começou a pegar as peças que estavam em meus braços pelo cabide, enquanto explicava que o mínimo são 6 peças e que não realizam troca. Me senti humilhada pois a todo momento a vendedora me olhava de cima em baixo, até que deixei as peças e fui embora. Me tratou como se eu não fosse capaz de comprar os itens, não me deixou a vontade em momento algum, se quer, se dispôs a ajudar ou mostrar outras peças. Uma pena porque havia escolhido itens bonitos e estava disposta a realizar uma compra muito maior, mas, bons produtos NÃO LHES DÃO o direito de destratar potenciais compradores/clientes. Estou muito decepcionada. Posteriormente visitei o Instagram da loja, e a visão que passam é totalmente diferente. Nunca mais irei voltar ou recomendar a ninguém. Propaganda enganosa. Estou avaliando com uma estrela porque não é possível zerar a avaliação. Péssimo atendimento.
Sugestão: Se a(s) vendedora(s) não estão com paciência ou não sabem como tratar um cliente corretamente, sugiro que afixem informativos na parte de fora da loja. Dessa maneira, todos teriam ciência sobre como funciona a venda e não precisariam INCOMODA-LAS perguntando sobre (foi assim que me senti, INCOMODANDO). Outra sugestão: Organizar as araras por VALOR, pois não seria necessário INCOMODAR as vendedoras para saber o preço, já que aparentemente não gostam de sanar dúvidas dos clientes.
I was very disrespected in this place. When I arrived, I selected 3 pieces and looked for the seller to know how the sale worked. She was EXTREMELY disrespectful to me. He started to take the pieces that were in my arms by the hanger, while explaining that the minimum is 6 pieces and that they do not exchange. I felt humiliated because the saleswoman looked me up and down at all times, until I left the pieces and left. He treated me as if I wasn't able to buy the items, he didn't make me feel comfortable at any time, if he wanted to, he was willing to help or show other pieces. A pity because I had chosen beautiful items and was willing to make a much larger purchase, but good products DO NOT GIVE THEM the right to mistreat potential buyers/customers. I'm very disappointed. Later I visited the store's Instagram, and the view they give is totally different. I will never go back or recommend to anyone. Misleading advertising. I'm rating it with one star because it's not possible to reset the rating. Terrible attendance.
Tip: If the salesperson(s) aren't patient or don't know how to treat a customer properly, I suggest posting notices outside the store. That way, everyone would be aware of how the sale works and wouldn't have to BOTHER them by asking about it (that's how I felt, BOOMING). Another suggestion: Organize the macaws by VALUE, because it would not be necessary to BOTHER the salesgirls to know the price, since they apparently don't like to solve customers' doubts.
