★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja apresenta em suas dependências para venda um número infinitamente menor de peças do que aqueles que se pode visualizar no site da empresa. Peças vistas pela Internet não tinham indicação de tamanhos disponíveis para venda, ou seja, a peça estava exposta na Internet sem indicação de disponibilidade por tamanho. A atendente da loja estava sem máscara o tempo todo, e ao celular digitando enquanto nos atendia, e em alguns momentos tivemos que esperar ela concluir a digitação para recebermos retorno de nossas perguntas. A loja não disponibiliza cadeira, bancos ou qualquer outra forma confortável de espera do acompanhante, que aguarda o tempo todo de pé. Ao pagar a compra recebi um ticket sem valor fiscal algum, e ao perguntar se não havia um documento fiscal a atendente disse que apenas aquele comprovante era fornecido; neste canhoto fornecido estava escrito claramente " não tem valor fical". Era apenas um guiamento de venda,sem valor fiscal algum. Me senti constrangido com a situação e surpreso com o fato da atendente não saber que a empresa em que trabalha não emite algo básico como uma nota fiscal e que isso é uma infração prevista em lei. Dou apenas duas estrelas e estou sendo gentil.
The store has on its premises for sale an infinitely smaller number of pieces than those that can be seen on the company's website. Pieces viewed on the Internet had no indication of available sizes for sale, that is, the piece was displayed on the Internet without indication of availability by size. The store attendant was unmasked at all times, and on her cell phone typing while she answered us, and at times we had to wait for her to finish typing before we got our questions back. The store does not provide chairs, benches or any other comfortable way of waiting for the companion, who waits all the time standing. When paying for the purchase I received a ticket without any tax value, and when asking if there was no tax document, the attendant said that only that receipt was provided; on this provided stub it was clearly written "it has no taxable value". It was just a sales guide, with no tax value. I felt embarrassed by the situation and surprised that the attendant did not know that the company she works for does not issue something basic such as an invoice and that this is an infraction provided for by law. I only give two stars and I'm being nice.
