Pediram foto do corte antes de marcar mas não indicaram algum profissional mais apto para aquele corte, embora eu tenha perguntado. O corte ficou bem mais curto que o mostrado em foto e diferente no caimento, fiquei e ainda estou bem chateada.
The attendants and everyone in the salon were polite, but a bad experience with the cut. They asked for a photo of the cut before making the appointment but they didn't indicate a better professional for that cut, although I asked. The cut was much shorter than the one shown in the photo and different in the trim, I was and am still very upset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no intuito de renovar meu cabelo, tanto na cor quanto no corte, e a “profissional apenas ACABOU com o meu cabelo. Coloração na cor errada, e o corte totalmente diferente do que eu havia mostrado a ela (corte esse que eu já havia feito anos atrás em outro salão).
Fiz reclamação pelo WhatsApp com fotos e me chamaram para “corrigir” sem custos, só que essa correção acabou ainda mais o meu cabelo, pois teve que fazer uma descoloração e por mais que ela tenha feito uma hidratação no final, ainda assim não recuperou meu fio dos danos caudados, além do corte que não foi corrigido e se fosse corrigir iria deixar meu cabelo curtíssimo (coisa que não queria pois vou me casar em junho).
Enfim, péssimo péssimo! Não recomendo. 600 reais jogados fora.
