★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os vendedores te vêem pela loja e não oferecem ajuda. Da última vez que estive lá, comprei um kit de higiene de bebê e o kit foi faltando 2 pecinhas que apoiam a tampa da lixeira. Mta falta de atenção. Tive que gastar 8,10 de passagem pra ir buscar 2 varetas.

Além de itens de palha propriamente, a empresa comercializa materiais em MDF. Desde caixas, letras, símbolos... até miniaturas de cadeirinha, lavatório de banheiro, caminha... Pelo que observei existem crus e alguns elementos já coloridos também (sol, nuvens...). Encontramos tintas, pincéis e aplicações decoradas...
Quanto ao atendimento, não é o melhor. Vários atendentes questionam se queremos ajuda, mas já tendo sido atendidos, apenas o primeiro vendedor deve dar o suporte, se este for desatento, ficamos "perdidos". No balcão das tintas, 2 vendedores conversam sem prestar atendimento imediato, mesmo aquele prioritário.

At the paint counter, 2 salespeople talk without providing immediate service, even the priority one.
