Staff very tangled because everything we ordered took a lot of portions and pizza .... the best in history .... I ordered a SNACK IT DID TAKE A LOT the bill to pay and the snack not there yet I had to pay! SACANAGEM!

Nao só a pizza demorou mas as bebidas tb Tivemos que pedir mais de uma vez para trazer um refrigerante e um suco. Agora quem pedia cerveja traziam rapido. Se vai demorar para o pedido ficar pronto avisem. Se não tem o que foi pedido exatamente volte e avise o cliente. Minha noiva pediu um suco sem açúcar, a garçonete nem avisou que era um suco com açúcar. Sao coisas básicas do atendimento. Pensei em ir buscar a pizza em outro local que já comi e a pizza fica pronta em um tempo bom e comer ali pq tava em uma comemoração com amigos. Dificilmente penso em retornar. Pelo menos a conta tava certa.
Bad experience. An hour and twenty to get a pizza! Example of how they manage a management that leaves something to be desired in terms of orders. Not only took the pizza, but the drinks too. We had to ask more than once to bring a soda and a juice. Now those who ordered beer brought it fast. If it will take time for the order to be ready, let us know. If you don't have what was asked exactly, go back and let the customer know. My fiancée ordered a juice without sugar, the waitress didn't even mention that it was juice with sugar. These are basic care things. I thought about going to pick up the pizza at another place I've already eaten and the pizza is ready in good weather and eat there because I was celebrating with friends. I hardly think about returning. At least the account was right.
