★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Inúmeros atendentes e nenhum com a capacidade de entregar um simples cardápio. Fiquei mais de meia hora falando com vários funcionários que se recusavam a me atender, não volto nesse estabelecimento e nem recomendo.
 Terrible attendance. Countless servers and none with the ability to deliver a simple menu. I spent more than half an hour talking to several employees who refused to meet me, I don't go back to this establishment and I don't even recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não merece nem mesmo uma estrela, péssimo atendimento. Cheguei no estabelecimento, falei com vários funcionários que me negaram atendimento, após quase 1h de espera desisti e fui embora. Não recomendo e não volto mais nesse local.
It doesn't even deserve a star, bad service. I arrived at the establishment, spoke to several employees who refused me service, after almost 1 hour of waiting I gave up and left. I don't recommend it and I won't go back to that place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hospedei lá em um feriado, no melhor quarto disponível, a porta do banheiro não fechava, a privada não dava a descarga, não tem ar condicionado. O lugar é gigante e só tem 2 funcionários pra te atender, eles trabalham bem, mas a dona do espaço claramente não liga pro lugar e não investe lá, muito abandonado.
I stayed there on a holiday, in the best room available, the bathroom door didn't close, the toilet didn't flush, there's no air conditioning. The place is huge and only has 2 employees to attend to you, they work well, but the owner of the space clearly doesn't care about the place and doesn't invest there, very abandoned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, hotel se acabando, poucas opções de café da manhã, comidas do dia anterior, faltou comida, piscina verde verde. A única coisa boa era um senhorzinho muito simpático.
Poor service, the hotel is running out, few options for breakfast, food from the day before, lack of food, green swimming pool. The only good thing was a very nice little old man.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo lugar para vir com a família e amigos, sempre muito bem cuidado e tem bons petiscos para quem não está hospedado. Enquanto a hospedagem é muito boa, quantos limpos, tem chuveiro quente e sem falar que a gerente Patrícia atende super bem todos. Eu recomendo e sempre que posso vou em ambos como hóspede ou somente para ir no fds em um dia com a família na piscina.
Great place to come with family and friends, always very well taken care of and has good snacks for those who are not staying. While the accommodation is very good, how many are clean, have a hot shower and not to mention that the manager Patrícia takes care of everyone very well. I recommend it and whenever I can I go both as a guest or just to go on fds on a family day at the pool.
