★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os salgados são ótimos, os feitos como os assados. A pizza é de fato uma maravilha, feita por um dos donos o Wendel, realmente impressionante! O frango assado nos fds é uma delícia. Tudo de bom no Marina Salgados.
Só tenho uma observação a fazer, é com a cerveja. Gente bota a cerveja para gelar direito, aqui no Rio cerveja tem que vir GELADA!

 The salty ones are great, the made like the roasts. The pizza is in fact a marvel, made by one of the owners Wendel, really impressive! The roast chicken in the fds is a delight. All the best at Marina Salgados.
I only have one remark to make, it's with beer. People put the beer to ice right, here in Rio beer has to come ice!

O Ariel que está sempre à frente no atendimento é nota 10, mas infelizmente a política da casa para com os clientes deixa a desejar: comprei dois empadões de frango e quando cheguei em casa estavam estragados(azedos). Falei com o proprietário que se limitou a explicar que já tinha falado na cozinha que não podiam botar comida a venda no balcão de manhã porque no final do dia estaria estragada e não disse mais nada. Não perguntou se eu ia querer outro empadão ou o dinheiro de volta. Apenas comentou que "depois iria à forra"!!!??? Isso já faz cerca de 1 mês. Passo diariamente lá, me veem, e fica por isso mesmo. Acho um desrespeito com o cliente.
Eu já tive restaurante, e se um cliente meu reclamasse de algo assim, eu não pensaria duas vezes em resolver o problema. Agindo assim eu tive no restaurante o lucro planejado para o final do ano seis meses antes, era casa sempre cheia e clientes satisfeitos, só fechamos por motivos alheios a isso.
Enfim, obviamente nem eu nem minha família voltamos mais lá para comer qualquer coisa, como os churrasquinhos com cerveja que íamos as vezes.
Recentemente um amigo/vizinho, cliente antigo do local, me chamou para ir lá recentemente, expliquei o ocorrido e acabamos indo para outro lugar.
Por atitudes assim muitas casas vão perdendo clientes até fechar e não sabem o porquê.
The service is good. The Ariel who is always ahead of the call is note 10, but unfortunately the house policy for customers leaves something to be desired: I bought two chicken pots and when I got home they were spoiled (sour). I spoke with the owner who simply explained that he had already spoken in the kitchen that they could not put food on the counter at breakfast in the morning because at the end of the day it would be spoiled and said nothing else. He did not ask if I would want another pot or the money back. Just commented that "then I would go to the wall" !!! ??? That's about 1 month ago. I go there every day, they see me, and that's it. I think I disrespect the client.
I already had a restaurant, and if a client of mine complained about something like that, I would not think twice about solving the problem. Acting like this I had in the restaurant the profit planned for the end of the year six months before, it was always full house and satisfied customers, we only closed for reasons unrelated to that.
Anyway, obviously neither I nor my family came back to eat anything, like the beer steaks we went to sometimes.
Recently a friend / neighbor, former customer of the place, called me to go there recently, I explained what happened and we ended up going somewhere else.
By so many attitudes houses will lose customers until close and do not know why.
