★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi excelente.Tive um sinistro e levei o carro até uma oficina 5 estrelas credenciada da Tókio Marine aqui na cidade de Arujá, foi feito um serviço de péssima qualidade. Chegando na Maringá já fui atendido pelo Felipe que me deu todo o suporte, não só no que teria que ser feito para solucionar o problema no carro, como também me ajudou na tratativa junto com a seguradora. O carro passou por uma repintura completa, onde o carro foi lixado todo novamente e aí sim foi feito um serviço com materiais de qualidade e a pintura ficou 100%. Muito obrigado a toda equipe de profissionais, super indico esses caras ??
My experience was excellent. I had an accident and took the car to a 5 star accredited Tókio Marine workshop here in the city of Arujá, a service of terrible quality was provided. Arriving at Maringá, I was already attended to by Felipe who gave me all the support, not only in what would have to be done to solve the problem in the car, but also helped me in the negotiation with the insurance company. The car underwent a complete repainting, where the car was sanded all over again and then a service was done with quality materials and the paint job was 100%. Thank you very much to the entire team of professionals, I really recommend these guys ??
