Dessa vez eu optei por procurar outra empresa pois estou através de email, telefone, whatsapp, etc., Tentando fechar um pedido desde 11/03/2020, hoje é dia 10/07/2020 e eu ainda não consegui nada. Não me posicionam sobre o pedido e quando cobro o representante, pasmem, embora eu já me antecipe refazendo o pedido, ele volta a me perguntar sobre o mesmo, como se fosse o primeiro contato! A sensação é que ele nem lê meus e-mails.Já mensagem para o SAC e sequer me responderam. Muito desgastante e frustrante, não recomendo!
