★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia!E como muito pesar que venho a este canal fazer uma reclamação do setor de trocas dessa loja,visto que a atendente estava com muita mal vontade,e com um tom de deboche disse para minha esposa que ia fazer a troca porque estaria fazendo um favor,sem contar com a burocracia para fazer a troca de uma sandália de R$100,00(minha esposa teve que apresentar cic,rg)ao passo que quando eu fiz a compra a vista a caixa me disse que qualquer troca era só apresentar o cupom fiscal.Penso que está acontecendo 2 situações ou as moças da caixa não estão sabendo informar ou o setor de trocas estão mal informado.Enfim foi muito chato e constrangedor pois quem estava na loja acharam que nos estávamos pedindo algum favor visto que so queríamos fazer uma simples troca.Foia primeira e última vez que compro e gasto meu rico dinheiro nessa do shopping cidade norte..A compra foi realizada na quarta por volá das 19:00 horas e a palhaçada da troca na quinta por volta das 18:00 horas.Espero que os diretores dessa loja tome uma providência pois gostaria de estar aqui fazendo elogios e não críticas. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acredito que a segurança tenha outras maneiras de abordar o cliente como câmeras de vídeo por exemplo, fiquei sentado no setor de cartão devido a panturrilha estilhada enquanto minha esposa fazia compras e de uma maneira muito desagradável vieram perguntando o que eu estava fazendo ali.
