★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobram taxa de R$3 por pack de cerveja gelada, porém a bebida não esta bem gelada. Ai não adianta cobrar a taxa. Se for pra cobrar a taxa a bebida tem que estar trincando de gelada. Do contrário vc encontra diversidade de marcas de bebida.

Fair prices and cold beer. I don't understand why he puts Heineken in a cold can and doesn't have it in the cold bottle. The home delivery option was missing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em dezembro de 2020, próximo do Natal, comprei 12 Heineken long neck e por engano levei a zero álcool, como já era tarde deixei para trocar no dia seguinte, porém, a troca foi negada sob o argumento de que não caberia na geladeira, o que percebi na hora que não era verdade...
Insisti educadamente com o atendente que manteve a recusa da troca e então perguntei se ele poderia descartar as cervejas, pois eu iria jogá-las fora, o que tbm foi negado sob o argumento de que não tinha onde descartar.
Assim sendo, agradeci e deixei a sacola com as cervejas do lado de fora ao lado da porta do estabelecimento onde já haviam caixas de papelão vazias acumuladas provavelmente para reciclagem.
Para minha surpresa, assim que entrei no carro, sem se importar com a minha presença, o próprio atendente que me negou a troca, mais do que depressa pegou a sacola com as cervejas na calçada e as levou para dentro do estabelecimento.
Como ele não tinha como colocar na geladeira, nem como descartar, não faço ideia para que ele foi pegar a sacola com as cervejas, tirem suas conclusões...
Resumo: por nada, perdeu um cliente que por conveniência de horário já tinha comprado muito lá e que talvez ainda iria comprar bastante.
Só dei uma estrela porque não é possível dar zero e porque queria postar minha indignação aqui.
In December 2020, close to Christmas, I bought 12 Heineken long neck and by mistake I took zero alcohol, as it was too late I left to change the next day, however, the exchange was denied under the argument that it would not fit in the refrigerator, the that I realized at the time that it wasn't true ...
I politely insisted on the attendant who kept refusing the exchange and then asked if he could discard the beers, as I was going to throw them away, which was also denied on the grounds that I had nowhere to discard.
So, I thanked him and left the bag with the beers outside next to the door of the establishment where there were already empty cardboard boxes accumulated probably for recycling.
To my surprise, as soon as I got in the car, not caring about my presence, the attendant himself who denied me the exchange, more than quickly picked up the bag with the beers on the sidewalk and took them inside the establishment.
As he had no way to put it in the fridge, nor how to discard it, I have no idea why he went to get the bag with the beers, draw your conclusions ...
Summary: for no reason, he lost a customer who, for convenience of time, had already bought a lot there and who might still buy a lot.
I only gave one star because it is not possible to give zero and because I wanted to post my indignation here.
