★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Propaganda enganosa. Comprei uma peça deles (reparo de torneira) e deu defeito (torneira pingando). Na embalagem fala em 5 anos de garantia. Liguei e falaram q só trocariam se fosse defeito de fabricação dificultando tudo. Pediram para enviar a peça. Ai eu preciso tirar a peça.. deixar a torneira desmontada para eles analisarem se a peça foi mal usada? O que seria mal uso da peça se o único q se faz é abrir e fechar a torneira? Por favor gente. Empresa séria troca na hora e nem questiona nada. Com certeza nao comprarei jamais um produto da mar kemis. Obrigado pelo trastorno.
Terrible attendance. Misleading advertising. I bought a piece of them (faucet repair) and it was defective (faucet dripping). On the packaging it speaks of a 5 year warranty. I called and said q would only change if it was a manufacturing defect making everything difficult. They asked to send the piece. Then I need to remove the part .. leave the tap disassembled for them to analyze if the part was misused? What would be misuse of the piece if the only thing you do is open and close the tap? Please people. Serious company changes on the spot and doesn't even question anything. I will certainly never buy a product from mar kemis. Thanks for the upheaval.
